My complaint:

Opodo has been betrayed me and they said they will do the process of refund but they did all the process and refund but ask me to wait 3 to 6 months and i did patiently waited for them for my refund which they said i will get refund. I also trust them. I bought ticket from them and they stopped me in the Switzerland and send me back to uk with some nonsense misunderstanding. Opodo didn’t help me to get new ticket and just ignore so swiss airline and spoke to swiss airline and they said its nothing to do with them because i bought from opodo but not with direct website. And opodo hasn’t even process anything and didn’t even try to refund me but had all
My money. I didnt even use the flight to hk and hk to uk. My flight has been all cancelled and they make
Me go through panic attacks and all. As i am studying like a course and work. When i talk with the staff they keep telling me to wait and always says airline reused to give me refund but they didnt tell me the reason why. All i want to say is i will also whoever i know and will never even gonna trust this app and company. I like to file a case of giving me mentally tortured and for not giving my money back.
I want the reason why i not get the refund and why they keep talking about airline which i didnt buy tickets from the airline website and the airline says its notjing to do with them because the agency should and must refund me. If this is keep happening to everyone then you will lose customers and make people suffer like i am having right now. I am not happy and your people is making me stressed and i can have attacks and can cause my mentally . They said it has been process but never gone through the airline and still can see in there but lies a lots. If they keep making me go through a lots then i have to put police complaint because this case making me go through a lots and i am feeling like not able to take it anymore..
Suggested solution:
They need to refund me even though i didnt use the airline. They need to refund me atleast not just taking money from us also respect us and i need to know why they not refunding me. They need to give me money back which i should and there is no other reason to take money without anything
