My complaint:

We had hired a car through Opodo and bought unnecessary insurance for an additional £62.00. Our first contact with Opodo to cancel the insurance, we were assured we were within the 48 hour cancellation dead line and the funds would be returned to our acc. within 5 days.

This was while our contract was still live But after returning the car and returning home we cannot seem to get talking to anyone now the contract is finnished Have tried many times to contact via mail and chat bot.

Suggested solution:

Send refund as promised .
