My complaint:
Opodo booking 11577608915 was cancelled before the trip and has insurance, the so called cancel for any reason guarantee, but no refund has been done. Opodo claims to wait for the airline to refund.
Suggested solution:
They should refund the amount they are legally required to pay back.
