My complaint:

Recently I booked a flight on the 17th of October, yet that was a mistake because I was supposed to be in August. I tried to correct this mistake within a couple hours yet I could not get a full refund, nor a change in flight. I would like my money back in full instead only 1/3 of it.

Suggested solution:

Give the full amount of money.
