My complaint:
I booked a trip for myself and my three daughter from Antalya to Istanbul on 23rd July 2021 using Opodo ticket no. 7562491918. The application showed me that my booking is ed and Euro 427.02 was deducted from my card. I have been chasing them for a refund with no use. I am filling this complaint because the implications of this delay are un acceptable.
Suggested solution:
A full refund and compensation for 5 month delay is indeed the least they can do.
