My complaint:
Refund for bookings made under Opodo Reference No 4920429985 acknowledged and ostensibly being processed since 25 October 2020 has not been completed despite Opodo ing, over 4 months ago that the refund had been approved by the airline. This cancellation and refund have been dealt with appallingly. The tickets cost EUR 14,029.53. The package includes cancellation insurance that should ensure that the entire cost is refunded, without deduction.

Immediate refund of the sum of EUR 14,029.53
