My complaint:
I have booked from opodo for a flight from dubai to manila.
They have gave me a ticket from dubai to kuala lumpur (emirates airline)to manila(air asia) via transit.
Emirates airline did not allow me to fly due to restrictions and government issues.
Emirates airline agent from the airport told me to cancel via opodo and refund the money. I tried calling the hotline on the same time bit no answer ,chat no human response.tried to cancel via app.system error.
On the sameday i had a chance to conect to their agent via chat . I was so angry typing my complaints he said ofcourse he can help his name is yousef. By the end of so many waiting minutes and chats he said to call the hotline without giving any solutions. I got angry he said im not polite? Like what? Polite ?
And he said theres nothing he cant do. He even scare me that chat is recorded and they can go legal.
1st of all i tried to wait to reach them
Second there app doesnt allow me to cancel
I think this company does not exist
They are scammers .they will give you all the options for self transfer flights which is not even allowed as per country policy just to get your money.
No help at all.
