Opodo complaint: cancellation reimbursment

My complaint:

i booked a flight to dubai using the opodo service, due to the corona virus outbreak the flight was cancelled 2nd march 2020. i was contacted by them to issue either a refund or rebooking voucher, me being optimistic i opted for a voucher so i can rebook for later date. to this day i have received nothing to allow me to do so. the app they have shows that the issue was resolved, how do you resolve something without actually issuing the resolution in the first place? i am now currently £302.87 out of pocket and no way of filing a complaint properly. calling the customer service resulted in numerous calls due to being placed on hold for over 3 hours at a time and also being cut off a number or times.

Suggested solution:

i would like to be refunded in FULL for the issues caused and the time it has taken to even get a response from them.
