My complaint:
R3424462 Prime / Abonnement
The Prime Membership was renewed although cancelled it last year, see screenshot enclosed. In addition no bill was sent to me in advance. I got one only after a complaint, see also document attached.
Suggested solution:
Cancel membership and refund the money.
