My complaint:
I had an Antalya-Kiev flight booked for March 15, 2022, but it was canceled by the Turkish Airlines due to war that started in Ukraine on February 24, 2022. I’ve got emails from Turkish Airlines and Opodo that the flight is canceled and I can get a full refund due to the circumstances. But when I proceeded to cancellation Opodo declined my request. I have all evidence that I have a lawful right to get that refund but the Opodo team neglected it.
