My complaint:
I have bought 4 tickets for business class (I was charged extra of course) for travelling from Gothenburg to Copenhagen on 19th of June 2023. Instead of comfortable seats with extra legs space, we ware standing and sitting in the corridor. This is unbelievable and absurdly!
Suggested solution:
They should compensate us for the uncomfortable travelling and case information they are selling.
