Omio complaint: Route didn’t exist

My complaint:

We booked a train trip to Prague. We were supposed to get on a train from Duisburg to Dresden, which would last 6u 49. From Dresden we could catch a train to Prague.
When we got to Duisburg however, the train we booked did not exist. The platform on which the train was supposed to arrive was closed for construction/work. Due to this, we had to take a different route via Berlin. We arrived two hours late in Prague.
Fortunately we could still check in in our Airbnb. But it was very stressful that all of a sudden we had to look for a whole new route. You cannot sell people train tickets for a route that doesn’t exist. At the very least we should have been messaged about the fact that the train that we had tickets for did not drive on the day of our travels. Also, the customer service of Omio is hard to reach and it is difficult to find where we could get a compensation for the delay and so on.
