My complaint:
Our ferry tickets were cancelled on 25/07 due to bad weather conditions in Napoli Italy. The ferry company there asked us to write to OMIO to get our refund of EUR 129,80 back. Despite our many e-mails they said that they credited it with the wrong amount by the way (€ 116 see attached) on 4/08 but according to my bank no credit has still been done.
When I ask OMIO I always receive the same answer that the refund will take weeks but nothing done yet after 3 weeks they don’t care about the refund. Thanks for helping us to receive our refund back.
