My complaint:
I am trying to cancel a booked ticket as I booked incorrectly
It is not working on the app, even though I paid for a refundable ticket. I keep on getting an error message which says: something went wrong
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund as it states clearly on my ticket that it is refundable
