My complaint:
My family and I were treated like we were going to steal something. The entire time an older woman just kept eyeballing us and circling around only my family. We felt targeted and unwelcomed. My younger daughter overheard the older woman saying to another female employee some racist comments. Besides this the store was hot and even more uncomfortable to shop in. However the bright side to this awful experience is the young lady in the fitting room. She was extremely helpful, polite and knew sign language which was a blessing to us, whereas most people are rude and unknowledgeable as if there is something wrong with us. Thank you to the sweet young lady with the beautiful long hair that helped an unpleasant shopping day in Moore Oklahoma Old Navy.
Suggested solution:
Speak with the management/employees about being courteous, compassionate and helpful in their job duties. Turn on the air as well.
