My complaint:
The edge of the boots are too hard and rough, scraped the skin on both of my legs the first day I wore it. Talked to customer support and they gave me an easy system limitation and refused to refund. The wound is there and I can’t wear the boots anymore cos it’ll only hurt even more. Do not buy anything on sale with them cos they won’t refund you even if the product is unwearable.
Suggested solution:
Issue a refund for the boots
