My complaint:
Every time at the store, they have my wrong birthday and no one is ever able to help me fix it. I go in with my ID I am physically there I called their customer service in front of them so they can see how hard I try to fix this matter yet no one helps me. And this morning I got an email stating that there was no way to fix my birthday issue. I am never able to use my rewards because of this issue unless a nice store manager decides to override it however, last two times they told me that’s impossible to do even though people have done it before regardless it’s not about the manager it’s about the fact that as simple birthdate Cannot be fixed through customer service. I am in desperate need of a complaint and a resolvement on my issue. I don’t know if this changes the situation I am nine months pregnant. About to give birth and they’re not trying to help me in anyway instead they’re telling me we can’t help you get another account. Tell me that’s convenient. This is really sad it’s a simple matter. I am having this same issue and cannot redeem my 47.00. When on the phone w customer service they say clear your cookies on file are you serious. I think this a larger matter and maybe old navy thinks they can outsmart their customers I think it’s time to reach a class action lawsuit.
