My complaint:
I went to purchase items the cashier said we do not have your birthday on file she said go to app because they cannot enter it for you. Go on app…impossible to enter birthday. Reached old navy customer rep who said clear cookies on your computer. Then emailed customer service several times no response. 47$ does not sound like a lot but to have it not resolved seems impossible. The employee was just doing her job with no support to make the customer satisfied this is not ok

Let me enter my birthday or allow cashiers to do it in store on your profile
