The issue:
I had selected a flight from Cusco to Lima departure at (11:20) am (snapshot attached). However, after entering all my details and making the payment the mytrip system automatically changed the flight to a late-night (21:20) flight with the same airline Sky.
I tried calling them several times and they suggested emailing mytrip. At the same time, most myTrip emails suggest calling the call centre. Both methods pass the buck to the other mode by not addressing my situation.
Can you assist with resolving the issue urgently with MyTrip?

They should book me and my family on an earlier flight in the afternoon without any charges.
