Urgent assistant needed RHLGEC
Dear mytrip-team,
I have to complain about you failing in rebooking the flights. I received an email on 31.10.2022 that my flight was canceled. This email wasn’t accurate about what happened, you can see it in the attached PDF. So I phoned you on 03.11.22. You told me about getting a new flight from Colombo over Doha to zürich at 4:00am. I tried to contact you again on 04.11.22, you told me the airline has to the booking. On 06.11.22 I received an email from you with new flight alternatives, but none of them are correct. None of them were going from Colombo to zürich. The first was going from Colombo to Frankfurt and the second from Doha to zürich. Well, you can see it in the email. That’s not what I booked or talking about! I need a flight from Colombo to zürich, as planned! I tried to phone you again on 07.11.22 and the women talked the exact same thing as before. She would write a request for an airline and I have to wait for it.

Please be so kind and urgently look at my case as so far I found your service extremely unprofessional and the situation is very stressful for me as I’m flying to attend my first day in a new job. If I do not receive any ation that you are on my case within the next 48 hours, I will consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of the received emails in the attachment. I immediately need a ticket from Colombo to zürich on 25.11.2022. otherwise I immediately need the money back to book a new flight by myself. I need an answer from you within the next 48 hours otherwise I will consider my legal alternatives.
