My complaint:
My order number is LTEOFV. And booking number is KBDEXD. The Airline canceled the flight and issued the full refund on October 22nd to My Trip.But when I contacted My trip customer service . The customer service told me my refund still not issued. And I asked how long my refund can return to my credit card? The answer was no maximum waiting time. And they don’t know. I will take the legal action ! And contact the Media as well ! I feel so dispointed about My Trip ! Anyone has the same situation like me please contact me.

Refund my money as soon as possible !
