My complaint:
I had to cancel my return flight back to Brisbane and have a email stating that I would be receiving 90% of the value of the trip as a travel voucher after calling them.
They are now refusing to issue a voucher saying it was a mistake and they don’t have to under the terms and conditions as part of the trip was used ie the trip from Brisbane to Wagga Wagga. I had paid extra for coverage like this.
Suggested solution:
By issuing the voucher as per the screen shot and as per agreed at the time of calling them to cancel the flight.
