My complaint:
I bought flights over a year ago, before the pandemic set off, and due to Covid-19 I couldn’t travel anymore. So, I’ve been trying hard to get any resolve by this company and long time to reply, when it happened no sense in that emails. Like anyone had read it. Then, made me fill up a form 3 times to in the end said my validity has expired and they can’t do anything. WTF ?!
Unbelievable how they’re playing to get into the court.
Suggested solution:
At least give a voucher to use or refund my money
