My complaint:
Dear customer service Mytrip.com,
Thank you for your email.
I absolutely do not agree on paying a handling fee for cancelling my booking LMKFYF. I have never cancelled this booking. According to the official rules, I have a right for a full refund.
I kindly ask you to refund you the reminding amount, otherwise I am forced to take this case to the consumentenbond organisation in the Netherlands.
Uw rechten bij een geannuleerde vlucht
Bij annulering van uw vlucht heeft u recht op een alternatieve vlucht of u kunt ervoor kiezen om uw geld terug te krijgen van het originele ticket. Daarnaast heeft u mogelijk recht op verzorging en compensatie voor het geleden tijdsverlies.
