My complaint:
I had to change my flight that I booked through Mytrip.com. They found the new flights for me for the date and I agreed to the price. Put the card through and the charge went through. However they never made the change on time, therefore the price went higher. I got an email about the fees, also that the change happened. Now they requesting more money from me.
Suggested solution:
I would like to take the new flight I have paid for. They messed up and they want me to pay extra for it. Not fair.
