My complaint:
Extremely poor service.. my flight was cancelled by Oman airline and they also cancelled the entire route from Saudi to Kathmandu; a clear case for a refund. I’m now waiting over 1 year and Mytrip are no longer providing biweekly updates. Called their staff and got the usual nonsense statement, plus soon realised that noone was handling the case, or had contacted the airline in months since o paid the additional money to manage.! This is not a professional company and it would seem they have taken money under false pretence, with no result and no accountability.
