My complaint:

I booked a flight with my trip on the 1st of October which they then cancelled and gave us an alternative which also got cancelled and on the third go we decided to just go for the refund I have been in long waiting phone calls just to keep getting the same answer and no progress 5months in and still have nothing I just want my money ASAP
