Mine and my 3 children’s flight was cancelled in June 2020 but my trip have not refunded me yet. They keep sending me emails saying that air Portugal are not action if the refund request. I don’t believe my trip. I just want my money back ASAP.
Suggested solution:
Send me my refund ASAP
