My complaint:

I bought a ticket on January 20th for the 5th of April early in the morning, the airline changed the flight times and Mytrip accepted the change without consulting me. When I realized this change, I contact them asking for the refund of the amount paid for the flight (35 euros), just to find out that they have a 30 euros admin fee. I’m being charged for a change that I have never accepted nor was consulted on.
