My complaint:
Booked tickets for flights return from Wagga Wagga to Melbourne. Called them for open credit ticket to use as I was booked twice for same flight on different timessame day????
Never received any emails from the company ever to advise me on the flight details until today through text message.
Suggested solution:
Refund as was double booked for flights for same day, just different times.
