My complaint:
I booked ticket around end of March and canceled it right away since I mistakenly wrote my name. I filed a case in 28th April to know the progress of thr refund but up until today 29th October 2022, the customer representative only told me that I need to wait more since they just following the procedure from the airline. The last time mytrip has contact the Airline is in 27th July means already past 3monthd but nothing happen
