My complaint:
we Ordered flight ticket through mytrip.com from Rome to Tel Aviv. Flight No W68288, order booking LM1E7U. flight were canceled by WIZZ during July. on Aug 3rd WIZZ ed that money were transfer to mytrip. mytrip says they never got the money and that they spoke with WIZZ but didnt give any info about the content of the conversation. in the calls i made they repeat saying don’t warry and hang-up the phone.
Suggested solution:
hang-up the phone after they said don't worry for more then 2 months
