Mytrip.com complaint: Not giving my money back

My complaint:

Dear SirMadam,

I have booked ticked from london to india and return flight on march 2020 for july 2020 travel date using Mytrip.com.
Because of covid the airlines cancelled the flight.the srilankan airlines is the airline and they have given my full refund more than 1 years ago to MyTrip.com as I booked using MyTrip.com.
But the MyTrip.com has not giving my money back. I have called and speak to MyTrip.com more than 20 times but they are telling different different reasons and not in the plan of giving my money back.
