My complaint:

I have booked flights to fly from Chelyabinsk, Russia toTivat, Montenegro with Aeroflot on 25 August, 2020.
Confirmation: Order number L3FH4Z, Booking references UVZUBW

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic we have received notification that our trip got cancelled.

We have contacted Aeroflot about our refund and their response was that they are not able to find my reservation without ticket number. I have asked My Trip to provide me a ticket number, but they did tell me anything.

Almost 1 year have passed since my flight was canceled, but we are still waiting to process the application and have not received any response from you.
