Mytrip.com complaint: Didn’t get any information and had to pay 70 euros

My complaint:

I didn’t get an e-mail with a link to check in online, and when I got to the airport I was asked to pay 40 euros!!! for not doing online check in. Also I was first informed that I need to pay 30 euros more for taking a small suitcase with me onboard, a service that’s usually free. You can’t deceive people like this, and it’s a very bad karma to base your profit on deceive.
Your man told me I was supposed to go to wiz air site and read about it myself! It’s not the way it works. You need to inform your customers. I really hope you’ll change your ways. And I expect to get the 70 euros I paid back. Otherwise I will let all my friends on social media know your ways of making money threw exploitation, and I will definitely consider suing your company.
