My complaint:
Hello,
I booked a flight from Guatemala City to Cancun with Mytrip.com for around 92€. Mytrip added a fee of around 48€ for the luggage. So when I hit the payment button it showed a price around 140€.
But when I saw the final invoice and checked the money that they took from my bank, they added the 48€ again and charged me around 188€.
2 times for my luggage, where I ed only for one.
All referenz numbers you find in the attached picture.
Suggested solution:
Please refund me the 48€ on the account I made the payment with.
you see the final invoice attached. The original calculation from the mytrip page I of course didnt save, but Im sure you can look up how the pricing was the day I booked it (2.5.)
