My complaint:

Dear MyTrip,

Let me start by saying I am convinced My Trip company is running a scam. Nothing else would explain how their staff are trained to engage and react to way they did to my request to make changes to my flights. i called on Saturday to make changes and i was told the system is down. I called Monday to make changes and i was placed on hold for 32 min without any sort of interraction to she is still working on the request. I then called on Tuesday morning to speak to an agent Gulam twice whom made changes to my flights and charged my card for a further amount. At no time during the 2 conversations did GUlam advise me in any way that he is not able to make any changes to my flights. IN contrary, he went ahead and engaged for 45 min and a subsequent call of 4 min where he has ed to me that the changes are made. If their system is down, if their agents are untrained the clients shouldn’t be taxed for this.

The agents unhelpful, untrained, incapable and rude. This complaint is raised on Complain.biz and I will be raising a formal complaint at ECC Swedenas well at the small court case against your company.

I have formally requested that the audio recordings of all my interractions with the agents are being sent to my email address immediately, and so far nothing returned.

I was called by a supervisor called Jitendra. I would like to raise a customer complaint against him as well as the tone in which he carried out the conversation was innadequate, along with the fact that he called me at 10 pm Uk time when he was sure I wouldnt pick up the line is incredible.

Never again will use this company and will do everything in my power to make as much damage as I can by creating awareness online against them.

Suggested solution:

They should reinstate my tickets the way i have ed with the agent on the phone and received via email or refund me the entire ticket value.
