My complaint:
I purchased 4 flights via MyTrip (Order: L2AECA, Booking: WA5FHS) on 1412020 which was cancelled due to Covid travel restrictions on 1472020. I am still waiting for a refund. No-one responds to my emails.
Suggested solution:
Provide me with a full refund immediately.
