My complaint:

I had to cancel my flight as I was flying up to Townsville to see my dying mum but she passed away an hour before my flight left so I canceled my flight and requested a refund. It has now been 5 months and I still haven’t received my refund. I just keep getting automated replies whenever I try to contact them about it !!! Will never use this company again.

Suggested solution:

All I would like is my money back , I don’t think that is to much to ask for .
