My complaint:
I have flight on my 19 of may 2021 and due to lockdown in our country i need to cancel my trip and wanted to change the booking but there was no response by customer service they don’t even pick up the call and even if i send email they just say call on our customer support which they don’t pick i have been trying to call them every day but no response nothing. My booking number is QQFLDV.
My flight number is L84JAJ.
Suggested solution:
They should resolve my problem either contacting me to change my booking for another month and if they can’t then return my money back and i will never use this my trip again in my life they seems like fraud
