My complaint:
My flight was cancelled for the 01.July.2020 for me and 3 family members – value 1.876,00€.
I get an email every 2 weeks that the refund was filed with TAP Portugal but is still in process.
I wrote TAP about that case but they say theyare not responsible because i didnt book with them.
It´s a game going back and forth.
Suggested solution:
I have screenshots of all communication, please contact both entities and pressure them to refund mymoney
