My complaint:
Croatian Airlines cancelled all of my flights booked through Mytrip. Croation Airlines have authorised that Mytrip refund me as they have refunded to Mytrip. This happened some months ago yet I still haven’t received my refund.
Suggested solution:
Return my costs of £615.81 within 7 days for my order L2U5ZP with an original departure date of 19 June 2020 and an order number of WJU4FU.
