My complaint:
I booked a Garuda Indonesia airline flight from Pakistan to Australia through Mytrip.com (online). Next day the flight schedule change significantly so I couldn’t able to fly.
Basically, Garuda Indonesia airline would depart from Abu Dhabi before my flight from Pakistan arrive at Abu Dhabi airport.
I talked to airline about this situation that suggested me get a refund but when I talked to Mytrip that’s a different store.
First they delay by saying that they have to contact the airline when got the permission they will refund me and this took almost one month. At last they said they will reimburse me in voucher. This voucher could be use in one year and on same airline. This voucher has no use to me. I want my hard earn cash not voucher.
Suggested solution:
I want them to resolve this matter by giving me the cash not some voucher which isn't any use to me because I paid them through cash not some voucher.
And there customer service is not very cooperative.
