My complaint:

Due to a change in circumstances I asked to cancel my flight from Denpasar to Brisbane on the 27th June. The flight was not due to leave until the 22nd July 2022. I have recorded of all correspondence entered into with this company. All I ever received were automated responses from Mytrip. They never attempted to refund any of my money. When I did write a poor review I was sent a reply from Trustpilot, a company I was unable to reply to. I tried calling from Indonesia to resolve this issue but was told I was 69th in the queue. After 7 minutes I was given an update that I was now 65th in the queue. The fall was costing me approximately $1 AUD per minute. I could not afford this.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money for the air tickets minus taxes and administration fees.
