My complaint:

Not refunding my ticket that was cancelled due to Airline schedule change. My flight was booked for 19th of April 2022 from ISB to LHR via Saudi Airlines, where we received a schedule change information from Airline but beside that my father was hospitalised back here in the UK and I had to buy another ticket to get back to him and whilst my travel he passed away and I was back in the UK on 5th of April, so I cancelled my previous return flight of 19th of April as I was not travelling anymore but rest of my family came back on 19th of April. I called travel agents for flight cancellation and refund for it, which they did and filed refund request with Booking reference: 1FDLN5. However, its been several months, almost August now and still there is no update on my refund and whenever I call them, their agents say that Airline has not refunded us yet. I called Airline and they say clearly that there has been no request of refund came for your ticket from the travel agent and that Travel Agent is lying. Now after several calls in the last few months, I seem to have almost given up but thought of raising a complaint here. Lets see what happens.
