My complaint:
I have booked the trip LQ69NS with usd currency and the deduction was done in GBP what caused of big difference i tried to contact them with no answer i sent to support regarding the cancelation steps or rules they sent to me cancellation automatically email that mean they will cancel the trip while i don’t know the cancelation fee or rules
I don’t want to cancel i just asking
