My complaint:
My son Thomas Corrie booked returned flights to Perth (Virgin Flight URZJCU) for 7 family members for the 16 of April through your organization on the 4122019. However due to the current travel restrictions and border closures and current global pandemic our flight was cancelled.
We would like a refund for a flight that never went ahead!
Suggested solution:
We would like to have a refund of $3068.99 for a flight that never went ahead that was out of our control.
