My complaint:

I booked for a return flight from Newcastle to Izmir on the 1st June and returning on the 5th June 2020.
In May I received an email saying if the flights have to cancel due to the Covid 19 would I accept Voucher. There was no other options. I ignored the first email. A week before the flight I received another similar email this time with Urgent and act now. I tried to ring but no answer. I opt for the voucher later found out after opting for voucher I cannot get the refund! They want me to use the voucher before the end of January 2021. With the pandemic I don’t want to go anywhere and Lufthansa has got no destination I want to go.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

They fogged me off a couple of times and now insisted I cannot get refund. However, refuse to write me a letter or email to this. This has stopped me from taking the case further to ABTA or to seek for any other helps.
