My complaint:

I booked my flight through mytrip.com. The worst decision in my life. I got sick and tested positive for Covid-19 two days before my flight. The airline said I should contact mytrip.com to make changes or cancel my ticket. I sent them 2 e-mails with no response, so my friend called them on my behalf since I was abroad. He was told that the cancellation wasn’t possible but they could change the flight date with additional costs. He called back to update me, and I asked him to go on with the procedure. Then the second time he called customer service, they told him that neither cancellation nor change was possible. So they basically make up their own rules and they cannot provide you any further contact.

Cancel or change my ticket
