My complaint:

This company will charge you for luggage for your trip but only apply it to your outbound flight. So when you return home you are left to pay excess baggage while Mytrip pockets the fees. Its happened to at least two people i know. Customer services are non existing. They just send you round in circles until you give up.

Suggested solution:

The complaint wont get resolved because they don't care
